The community is conveniently located within minutes of the new Tampa Premium Outlets, Wiregrass Mall, the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens and several other key areas of interest. Multiple access points to Interstate 75 make for relatively easy travel to these locations, downtown Tampa, Tampa International Airport and beyond.

The Cross Creek community is comprised of 10 distinct neighborhoods, totaling more than 1800 residences. There are variety of residential options, from family-friendly neighborhoods, estate properties and lake front properties to condominiums and townhomes. The community has been developed in such a manner as to preserve the local ecological system, and some homes overlook natural conservation areas. Furthermore, Cross Creek is one of the few communities in New Tampa that does not include a CDD fee.

Cross Creek is ideal for growing and active families. Convenient to A-rated schools, parents can walk their children across the street to Pride Elementary School, and children can ride their bikes to Benito Middle School. Wharton High School is a short commute.
