Bringing you Neighborhoods Virtually!

Cory Lake Isles is a New Tampa community with magnificent new homes and homesites set along the 10-mile shoreline of Tampa’s largest lake, joined by hand-laid brick streets with immaculately landscaped isles and wide boulevards lined with Canary Palms, flowering streetscapes, and decorative lamppost lighting.

Bordered by 17,000 acres of protected Florida woodlands, each homesite views Cory Lake, forest or surrounding Conservation areas. Improved homesites range from 1/4 acre to 3/4 acre estates fronting the lagoon and white sand beach. Ideally located next to Hunters Green Golf Club, your family will enjoy tennis, a future state-of-the-art exercise facility, bicycle path, and a picnic area with a party pavilion, deck and dock. And since almost every home at Cory Lake Isles can have its very own dock, fishing, boating, and water-skiing are literally right in your own backyard!

Secured by 24-hour manned gatehouse entries at E. Fletcher/Morris Bridge Road and Cross Creek Boulevard, Cory Lake Isles is just 6.5 miles from I-75, 3 minutes from shopping, and 20 minutes from Downtown and Tampa International Airport.

Think “Beach Living” without the tides. Because water is Cory Lake Isles’ primary amenity, swimmers and sunbathers alike will enjoy the white sand lakeside beach, while boaters and water sport enthusiasts will enjoy the lake as much as the anglers will enjoy the bass fishing. This gated community features a 165-acre skiing and boating lake with a waterfront Beach Club, in addition to tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball courts, a hockey/skate rink, and three playgrounds. The Beach Club also offers a workout facility, free wi-fi, a lending library, and a common area. The nearby playground – largest of the three – features a covered table, perfect for an afternoon snack or a lakeside picnic.

At the core of Cory Lake Isles is a return to a community where walking, biking, or old-fashioned exploring are safe and secure for the whole family. Most of the 800 homes are either waterfront properties, have water views, or have unobstructed views of the adjoining nature preserve. 12 miles of elegant brick-paved roads lined with lush tropical landscape join the two convenient entrances, common areas and the magnificent lake. This lovely setting attracts an abundance of wildlife, including various species of exotic birds, turtles, armadillos and, of course, fish.

Cory Lake Isles is a mature, established community in a highly desirable area with A-rated schools. Its location means that shopping, entertainment, and dining are just a short drive away. The convenience of I-75 makes for easy access to Busch Gardens or Downtown Tampa just 15 miles to the south, while the more expansive Gulf Coast, from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach to Tarpon Springs, are a quick commute west. The University of South Florida (USF) is also located nearby, while Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios, and the rest of Orlando is an hour east.

With such an abundance of amenities and activities, Cory Lake Isles offers a truly unique Florida lifestyle experience.

The Beach Club

Renovated in 2013, the nearly 4000 sq ft Beach House of Cory Lake Isles overlooks the community’s 165-acre lake and features twelve different seating areas and a spot for kids to play equipped with two “train tables,” as well as other toys and a TV with a DVD player. Inside is a 24-7 workout facility featuring ellipticals, treadmills, and numerous weight workstations.

Adjacent to the Club is The Beach at Cory Lake Isles. With Picnic Pavilions and white sandy beaches, it’s the perfect place to relax in the Florida sun. For the kids there is a 87’ long water slide feature with an 11’ vertical drop and a separate plunge pool.

Across the street from the Beach Club is a lighted basketball court, two tennis courts with a shaded table in between for views and a hockey rink complete with bleachers.
