Covington Estates – Established in 1998, Covington Estates is a deed-restricted, private gated community consisting of 94 beautiful contemporary homes. The neighborhood is situated on approximately 48 acres surrounded by pristine wetland conservation areas. Residents enjoy picturesque views of wildlife, ponds, and nature preserves. Covington Estates is a family oriented community with fun events scheduled throughout the year.
Creekside – A non-gated community featuring close to 250 homes located in the front of Cross Creek, closest to Bruce B. Downs Blvd. Creekside features tennis and basketball courts for residents’ use.
Creekwood – A gated community surrounded by ponds, conservation plots and wildlife. The subdivision includes 122 homes, with a population that is very diverse and will from time to time hold group social activities.
Kingshyre – A small gated community of 175 homes located in the center of Cross Creek. Amenities include a children’s park with swings, playground equipment, sand box, and park benches.
Magnolia Trace – A relatively small community with only 88 homes. Located off of Brookron Drive, the neighborhood is surrounded by cypress trees and natural water reserves, where it’s not uncommon for residents to share space with egrets, sandhill cranes or even the occasional alligator.
Meadow Woods – Like Creekside, a non-gated community of about 250 homes located in the front of the Cross Creek community. Also features tennis and basketball courts for residents’ use.
Meadowcreek – A deed-restricted community of 387 homes located on the north side of Cross Creek Boulevard. The neighborhood features a community park with a tennis court, basketball court and playground.
Misty Creek – A beautiful 132-home community located off Cross Creek Boulevard, across from Hunter’s Green Elementary.
Pinehurst – A deed-restricted community of 190 homes located off Brookron Drive in the heart of Cross Creek. Amenities include a “Tot Lot” for small children to play safely under the watchful eyes of parents.
Villas at Cross Creek – The only condominium complex in Cross Creek started out as an apartment complex. The Villas at Cross Creek is one of the few condominium projects in the area that features homes with attached garages.
