Enchanted Forest

Enchanted Forest is a small neighborhood of newer homes built in North Austin. The community is located near Loop 1 North and Parmer Lane, and is conveniently close to some of Austin’s main local employers such as Apple, IBM and National Instruments, and Seton Hospital. The neighborhood is convenient to MoPac and Highway 183, giving residents easy access to other areas of Austin.

Enchanted Forest homes line the streets in expected suburban fashion, with most of the homes sharing the same plan and color design. Development of the neighborhood began in 2008, and houses are located along three streets: Enchanted Forest Drive, Miss Julie Lane, and Dorsett Road. The community is part of the Milwood Neighborhood Association, which keeps residents up to date on all neighborhood news, events, and activities.

The average list price of homes in Enchanted Forest is in the upper $300s, and they are between 2,700 to 3,500 square feet in size, with the average size at approximately 3,000 square feet.

Enchanted Forest is only a 20 minute drive from Lakeline Mall and the Round Rock Premium Outlets, with over 125 outlets stores. Both centers are shopping magnets with fantastic stores and restaurants! For outdoor lovers, Balcones Community Park, and the Balcones Country Club are nearby.

Balcones Community Park offers a natural swimming area, picnic tables, some with grills, a playground, volleyball and basketball courts, and over a mile of hiking trails.

Students in Enchanted Forest are served by Austin ISD schools and attend Summit Elementary School, Murchison Middle School, or Anderson High School.
