Lost Creek

The scenic Lost Creek community, with rolling hills and exquisite views, contains over 1200 custom built homes. Situated between Loop 360 and Barton Hills at the southern end of the Westlake community, it is adjacent to the coveted Barton Creek Greenbelt. Lost Creek is a mature, well-established neighborhood, and the average age of the homes here is around 25 years. Home sizes average approximately 3,500 square feet and prices range from $200K to around $900K. Commuting from Lost Creek is very convenient; downtown is only about a fifteen-minute drive and MoPac is only 5 minutes away. Austin Bergstrom International Airport is a quick 20 minutes from Lost Creek. Lost Creek’s first homes were built in the mid 70s and building continued throughout the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Lost Creek has easy access to Barton Creek and the Barton Creek Greenbelt as well, where people enjoy hiking and swimming, picnicking and just taking it easy. The Westbank Community Library is about a 5-minute drive from the neighborhood. Lost Creek Country Club offers a secluded retreat along Barton Creek. It is a private country club featuring a newly renovated golf course, 16 tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, recreational and lap pools, lessons, leagues and teams across all sports and all levels and ages. The country club also offers other social amenities and casual and fine dining options. In the summer months, a “Big Chief” day camp is available to children where they can begin golf and tennis lessons and have a chance to cool off in the recreational pool. Within five minutes of Lost Creek, residents can easily access Westbank Market with a grocery store and several dining locations. A number of specialty exercise options are available as well, including martial arts, Pilates and The Hills Health Club.
