Milwood – Northwest Austin Milwood is an affordable neighborhood of modest homes for sale that offer convenient access to Downtown Austin and North Austin employers. Stretching along West Parmer Lane between Anderson Mill Road and Amherst Drive, Milwood is a large community made up of many smaller Northwest Austin neighborhoods.
